BIRYANI PULAV MASALA

Ingredients:

Cumin, Black Pepper, Coriander, Cardamom, Clove, Mace, Nutmeg, Turmeric, Dry Mango Powder, Badiyan, Cassia, Rose Petals, Mallic Acid.

Usage:

Boil Basmati Rice, in 4Tbsp. oil cook vegetables like slit onions, green Chili, ginger, cauliflower, carrot and potato. Add PRAKASH BIRYANI PULAV MASALA and salt to your taste. Roast it for 5 minutes. Add boiled rice to the prepared vegetables and mix well. Sprinkle coriander leaves and little lemon juice.
