DOSA MIX

Ingredients:

Urad Dal, Ground Rice, Soda Bi-Carbonate, Citric Acid, Salt, Fenugreek Seeds

Usage:

Empty the packet in a bowl. (Except the small packet); mix with 450ml of water and 4 tablespoon of oil. Leave the batter for 30 minutes. Add the small packet to the batter and whip it up. Heat a non-stick tava and grease it lightly with oil. When hot, pour a ladleful of batter, spread using a circular motion to make a thin Dosa and cook on one side. Pour a little oil along the edges while cooking. When crispy, fold over and serve hot with coconut chutney and sambhar.
