SABJI MASALA

Ingredients:

Coriander, Turmeric, Chilli, Asafoetida, Black Pepper, Dry Mango Powder, Cloves, Cinnamon, Mace, Cumin, Dry Ginger, Big Cadamom, Rock salt, Bay Leaves, Nutmeg, Cardamom.

Usage:

Soak Sabji Masala for 15-20 minutes. Heat 3-4 tbsp. oil. Add cumin. Cook till brown. Add salt and soaked Prakash Sabji Masala to your taste. Cook till golden brown. Add boiled or fried vegetable, chopped ginger and green chilli. Cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves.
