NOODLES MASALA

Ingredients:

Red Chili, Garlic, Onion, Coriander, Turmeric, Cumin, Fennel, Black Pepper, Salt, Dry Ginger Powder, Sugar, Clove, Cardamom, Acidity Regulator (E296), Flavour Enhancer (E635), Anti Caking Agent (E551).

Usage:

Add salt to water and boil, add the noodles and allow it to stand till the noodles are soft. Drain out the water and wash with cold water. Add one tbsp. of oil to the boiled noodles and toss well. Cook the required vegetables; add boiled noodles, soya sauce, Chili sauce and PRAKASH NOODLES MASALA. Mix well and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
