GARAM MASALA

Ingredients:

Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Mace, Cumin, Dry Ginger, Bay Leaves, Coriander, Chili, Nutmeg, Salt, Black Salt, Staranise.

Usage:

Prepare the vegetable with usual spices in oil/ ghee. Add 1 teaspoon PRAKASH GARAM MASALA to 500gm vegetables or 1 ltr. Ready dal and stir on a low flame for 3 minutes. To keep the flavor and aroma of Garam Masala, keep the vegetables or dal covered for at least 5 minutes. PRAKASH GARAM MASALA can also be used in samosa, potato vada, kachori and all other types of snacks.
