Usage:Prepare the vegetable with usual spices in oil/ ghee. Add 1 teaspoon PRAKASH GARAM MASALA to 500gm vegetables or 1 ltr. Ready dal and stir on a low flame for 3 minutes. To keep the flavor and aroma of Garam Masala, keep the vegetables or dal covered for at least 5 minutes.
