CHATPATA ALU DUM MASALA

Ingredients:

Coriander, Turmeric, Red Chilli, Asafoetida, Dry Mango Powder, Clove, Cinnamon, Mace, Cumin, Cassia, Nutmeg, Dry Ginger Powder, Black Cardamom, Black Salt, Tamarind, Tomato Powder, Green Chilli, Kasuri Methi, Acidity Regulator (E296).

Usage:

Soak PRAKASH Chatpata Alu Dum Masala in water for 15-20 minutes. Heat oil and add cumin seeds & pre-soaked PRAKASH Chatpata Alu Dum Masala and cook for 5 minutes. Add paste of tomato, green chilli, ginger &cook for 5 minutes. Add boiled or fried potato and salt to taste. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Note: For a unique taste, paste of garlic, onion, cashew and raisins can be added to the paste of tomato, green chilli and ginger.
