ACHARI ALU DUM MASALA

Ingredients:

Coriander, Turmeric, Red Chilli, Asafoetida, Cinnamon, Clove, Mace, Cumin, Tejpatta, Sonth, Black Salt, KasuriMethi, Tamarind Powder, Tomato Powder, Green Chilli, Amla Powder, Yellow Mustard, Saunf, Kala Jeera.

Usage:

Soak PrakashAchariAlu Dum Masala in water for 15 to 20 minutes. Heat oil and add cumin & pre-soaked PrakashAchariAlu Dum Masala and cook for 5 minutes. Add paste of ginger and green chilli and cook for 5 minutes. Add boiled or fried potato and salt to taste. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
