Chana Dal, Matar Dal, Sugar, Salt, Green Chili Flakes, Ginger Powder, Asafoetida, Kala Jeera.
Usage:Empty the packet in a bowl, Mix with 150ml of water. Soak the mixture for 10 minutes. Smoothen the batter. Take 1 tsp oil in a pan and saute the mixture for 4-5 minutes on low flame. Then remove the paste in a flat plate and cut into pieces and fry in oil till golden brown. Now "Dhoka" is ready to serve.
