DUM DUM PAKORA MIX

Ingredients:

Moong Dal, Chana Dal, Urad Dal, Moth Dal, Ani Seeds, Garam Masala, Chili Powder, KasuriMethi, Asafoetida, Baking Powder, Soda-bi-Carbonate, Salt.

Usage:

Soak the powder for 30 minutes, add chopped green chilli, ginger and salt to your taste. Fry at low flame until it turns golden brown. Serve with Prakash Pudina Chutney/ Prakash Garlic Chutney or Tomato sauce. You may also add chopped boiled potato, onion, cucumber, tomato and other vegetables of your choice.
