MATAR KACHORI MIX

Ingredients:

Green Peas Powder, Asafoetida, Garam Masala, Red Chilli, Dry Mango Powder, Common Salt, Edible oil.

Usage:

Take 800gm maida, 200gm suji, 4 tablespoon of oil and salt to taste. Add water to make a semi-stiff dough, cover with wet cloth for half an hour. Make rolls of the dough of equal size. Fill it with filler and flatten with roller pin. Heat oil and fry until golden brown.
Filler:Empty the packet in a vessel. Add water to make roll of equal size
