MEAT MASALA

Ingredients:

Coriander, Chilli, Cumin, Black Pepper, Bay Leaves, Cardamom, Clove, Cinnamon, Common Salt, Turmeric Powder, Garlic Flakes, Onion Flakes, Mint Leaves, Kasuri Methi, Anistar, Mustard, Dry Ginger & Thymol Seeds.

Usage:

To cook 500gms. meat, grind 2 onions to fine paste, mix with 1tsp garlic and ginger paste, 4tsp hung curd. Add salt to taste. Cut, clean and marinate meat pieces with this mixture for two hours. Soak 4tsp Prakash Meat Masala in water for 15-20 minutes. Heat 4tsp oil; fry 2 sliced onions till golden brown. Add soaked Prakash Meat Masala, tomato puree and marinated meat. Cook for 5 minutes. Add two cups water and cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
