PAV BHAJI MASALA

Ingredients:

Red Chilli, Coriander, Rock Salt, Green Chilli, Anistar, Dry Mango Powder, Tejpatta, Fennel, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Garam Masala, Cumin, Black Cardamom, Clove.

Usage:

Shallow fry 2tbsp. garlic paste. 2 chopped onions in 2 tbsp. oil or ghee until soft. Add 2 chopped tomatoes, capsicum, green leaves onion, paste of ginger, green Chili, 1 tbsp. PRAKASH PAV BHAJI MASALA, Chili powder and salt. Cook for 10 minutes, add 500 gms. Boiles vegetables like potatoes, green peas, cauliflower. Mash and cook for 10 minutes. Add a blob of butter and sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Serve with hot pav bread with butter.
