PREMIUM GARAM MASALA

Ingredients:

Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Cloves, Cardamom, Mace, Cumin, Dry Ginger, Bay Leaves, Kababchini, Nutmeg, Peepal.

Usage:

Prepare the vegetable with usual spices in oil/ ghee. Add 1 teaspoon PRAKASH GARAM MASALA to 500gm vegetables or1 ltr. Ready dal & stir on a low flame for 3 minutes. To keep the flavor & aroma of Garam Masala, keep the vegetables or dal covered for atleast 5 min. PRAKASH GARAM MASALA can also be used in samosa, potatovada, kachori and all other types of snacks.
