To cook 500 gms. meat, grind 2 onions to fine paste, mix with 1tsp garlic and ginger paste, 4tsp strained curd. Add salt to taste. Cut, clean and marinate meat pieces with this mixture for two hours. Soak 4 tsp PRAKASH MEAT MASALA in water for 15-20 minutes. Heat 4 tsp of oil; fry 2 sliced onions till golden brown. Add the soaked PRAKASH MEAT MASALA, tomato puree and marinated meat. Cook for 5 minutes. Add two cups water and cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
