Muri

Recipe

Take muri in a utensil. Add mustard oil, chopped boiled potato, ginger, green chilli, tomato, cucumber, onion, lemon juice, coriander leaves, bhujia, chanachur, salt and PRAKASH MURI MASALA to taste. Mix well; Masala Muri is ready to eat.

Note: PRAKASH MURI MASALA can also be used in alu-matar-chat, ghugni-alu-chat and chidwa (poha).
