Aloo Dum
Recipe
Soak PRAKASH ALU DUM MASALA in water for 15-20 minutes. Heat oil and add cumin seeds and pre-soaked PRAKASH ALU DUM MASALA and cook for 5 minutes. Add paste of tomato, green chilli, ginger and cook for 5 minutes. Add boiled or fried potato and salt to taste. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Note
For a unique taste, paste of garlic, onion, cashew and raisins can be added to the paste of tomato, green chilli and ginger.
