Biryani / Pulav

Boil basmati rice. Take 4 tbsp oil and cook vegetables like onion, green chili, ginger, green peas, cauliflower, carrot and potato. Add PRAKASH BIRYANI / PULAV MASALA and salt to taste. Cook it for 5 minutes. Add boiled basmati rice to the prepared vegetables, a dash of lemon juice and mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot.
