Soak kabuli chana overnight, boil and keep aside. Soak PRAKASH CHHOLE MASALA in water for 15-20 minutes. Heat oil and fry chopped onions till golden brown. Add pre-soaked PRAKASH CHHOLE MASALA, salt to taste, tomato puree, paste of ginger, green chili, garlic and cook for 5 minutes. Add boiled kabuli chana and cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
Note Garnish with coriander leaves, a hint of lime or tamarind juice will improve taste.
