Noodles
Recipe
Add salt to water and boil, add the noodles and allow it to stand till the noodles are soft. Drain out excess water and wash the noodles with cold water. Add 1 tbsp of oil to the boiled noodles and toss well. Heat 2-3 tablespoon oil in a pan and cook the required vegetables like carrot, capsicum, onions, beans and cabbage. Add boiled noodles, salt, soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce and PRAKASH CHOWMEIN MASALA to taste; mix well and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
