Garam Masala

Prepare the vegetable with usual spices in oil/ ghee. Add 1 teaspoon prakash garam masala to 500 gm vegetables or 1 ltr ready dal & stir on a low flame for 3 minutes. To keep the flavour and aroma of garam masala, keep the vegetables or dal covered for atleast 5 minutes. Prakash garam masala can also be used in samosa, potato vada, kachori and all other types of snacks.
