Soak PRAKASH SABJI MASALA for 15-20 minutes. Heat 3- 4 tbsp oil, add cumin seeds, and roast till brown. Add salt to taste and the pre-soaked PRAKASH SABJI MASALA. Cook till golden brown; add boiled or fried vegetables, chopped ginger and green chili. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
